The contact form sends your name, email address and message to contact@lumasa.fr. This information is used solely to reply to you: it is not stored in any database, never shared or sold, and never used for prospecting. It remains only in Luma'Sa's mailbox, for the duration of the exchange.
As soon as you send it, an automatic email goes to the address you provided to confirm that your message was received. It does not include your name or your message.
This processing is based on your request: replying to the person who writes to us (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request). The website and mailbox are hosted in France by LWS, acting as a processor, which does not use this data for its own purposes.
To limit automated submissions, the date and an anonymous fingerprint of the IP address (encrypted with a secret key, impossible to reverse) are kept for one hour, then erased. Nothing else is kept on the server.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: contact@lumasa.fr.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
This website uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. No browsing data is collected or transmitted to third parties: even the fonts are hosted on our own servers.
Two pieces of information stay only in your browser and are never sent to us: the draft of the contact form, so a message in progress is not lost (it is cleared once sent), and whether the opening animation has already been shown (forgotten when the tab is closed). They are strictly necessary for the site to work and do not require consent.
